Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to find some good Happy Hour deals.
With that in mind, here’s a daily list of places you should be, along with some additional digital finds and tips to get you through the week.
Monday: Clyde’s of Georgetown has a “Case of the Mondays,”an all-night Happy Hour that gets you $15 bottles of select wine, according to DCInno. Someone tell the cast of Scandal.
Tuesday: Lucky Bar on 1221 Connecticut Ave NW is serving up an extended Happy Hour from 3-8 p.m. with drafts from $3.50 pint, local craft beers for $5.00 and rail drinks for $4.00, according to their website.
Wednesday: Dupont Circle’s ever delicious Teddy and the Bully Bar makes your hump day happier with $9 tap cocktails and $8 aged bourbon drinks from 3-8. After that, the late-night Happy Hour takes over with some delicious bar bites and cocktail favorites like the Safari Sangria. Bully!
Thursday: Thirsty Thursday gets the 14th Street treatment with Pearl Dives great Happy Hour menus for both drinks and food. Get $7 dollar vodka martinis and half-price local oysters or 1 puns of mussels for $11. Get there early, because this Happy Hour tends to draw a crowd.
Friday: Our friends over at BrightestYoungThings know where to start your weekend off right. And obviously that’s with some $5 dollar margaritas and 2 of $5 tacos at Oyamel. Trust us, Michelle Obama’s birthday restaurant knows how to have the best hora loca in town.
Our hot tip for the week is smokin’ thanks to some intel from Eater DC. Bonfire, a new Dupont Circle restaurant set to open March 4th will equip every bartender with a blowtorch and has a s’mores bar. Need we say more? Luckily for everyone in the District, soft openings begin April 29th to March 3rd, according to their Facebook, so get on down there!
